Illustrations are very important to fashion designers ... why? how would you present your clothes to a buyer to client? unfortunately , the human psyche is such that appearance means everything .. and in fashion where appearance means everything.. well, you get the gist of it.
You could have a brilliant collection but if not presented properly, who would care you see your hard work...
my illustrations are called " A nightmare awakened" The main feature being hair suspended in space..
